Q. How quickly will I receive my order?

A. Your order will be sent out via United States Priority Mail. Your order will generally arrive within 3 business days.

Q. Are there discounts for ordering more than a month supply at once?

A. Yes. We do offer discounts when you purchase 3 months at once or sign up for our Estroleve Auto-ship Program.

Q. How are your orders processed and shipped? Do I have to be home to sign for it?

A. Orders are sent out every business day and are tracked electronically. You do not have to be home to sign for your order, and your order will arrive right in your mailbox.

Q. I am concerned about internet security. What do you do to address my concerns?

A. Every order is encrypted with industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption from your computer all the way to our servers.

Q. I would prefer Estroleve to be shipped discretely, can you do that?

A. Yes. We realize that some of our customers would prefer not to advertise their purchases to their neighbors or postal workers. In fact, every order of Estroleve is shipped discretely and without any identification marks on the package aside from the name of our company, DTC Health, Inc. Please note, if you are purchasing by credit card, your order will be billed by DTC Health, Inc.

Q. Do you offer expedited shipping? If so, what does it cost?

A. Yes we do. We offer Express Mail for our U.S. customers. If you place your order before noon Eastern Standard Time, we can send your package out same day so that it will arrive the very next day. International customers please inquire about available expedited shipping options.

Q. Do you ship Estroleve internationally? If so, how?

A. Yes we do. To most major countries, we ship USPS Global Priority. This means your order will arrive within about 5 days. We also offer Global Express Guaranteed, which will get to you in 2 - 3 days but is considerably more expensive.

Q. Exactly how does Estroleve work?

A. Estroleve is an all-natural supplement that works to help balance the fluctuating hormones that cause symptoms of menopause. Instead of the possibility of experiencing dangerous reactions to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Estroleve contains natural plant estrogens, which are very similar to human estrogen. If taken daily, Estroleve will help balance these hormones and help relieve hot flashes, stress, moodiness, and bothering night sweats.

Q. How does Estroleve help prvent osteoporosis?

A. Osteoporosis is one of the biggest risks for women during and after menopause. There are two things you need to help supplement your daily intake of bone-supporting nutrients.  These are calcium and vitamin D.  Vitamin D has been shown to help with the proper absorption of calcium.  Both ingredients are in Estroleve and if taken daily, it can help prevent osteoporosis!

Q. Will Estroleve make my bones stronger?

A. Because your bones are partially deposits of calcium, taking Estroleve every day will help ensure proper bone mass and density.  If you do not get enough calcium and vitamin D in your daily diet, you are at much higher risk for osteoporosis.  Be sure to exercise several times a week frequently as well.

Q. My joints hurt, what can help?
